How to pop lenses out of glasses with plastic frames?
Step 1 - Heat the plastic frames
Step 2 - Push the lenses out From the Inside of the Glasses
Top pop out the right lens holds the warmed-up plastic frames with a soft towel with your left hand. Have your left thumb on the nose bridge area of the frames. Then use your right thumb to gently push the right lens from the inside of the glasses near the nose bridge till the lenses pop out.
To remove the left lens you would repeat the process using your right hand on the frame and your left hand on the lens.
How to pop lenses out of glasses with metal frames?
Step 1 - Locate the screws holding the frames around the lenses
Step 2 - Unscrew the lenses from the metal frames
Step 3 - Push the lenses out from the inside of the glasses
To pop the right lens out you would hold the frames with your left hand and have your thumb on the nose bridge. Take your right hand and using your thumb gently push the inside of the right lens near the nose bridge where your other thumb is holding the frames.
To remove the left lens you would repeat the process using your right hand on the frame and your left hand on the lens.

Can I put the lenses into another pair of glasses directly?
This requires consideration of the rim shape of the glasses. If the rim shapes of the two pairs of glasses are very different, the lenses cannot be directly replaced.
